Pricing questions
Why is the pilot price a “from” figure?
It depends on the number of sources and the complexity of the process. We quote an exact amount after the assessment, and it is fixed in the contract.
Are AI model costs included?
During the pilot, model costs are included. For integration they are calculated separately: cloud models are pay as you go, with local models you pay only for your own hardware.
Can we pay by bank transfer with VAT?
Yes. We contract with a legal entity in Uzbekistan, payment in UZS by bank transfer.
What if we stop after the pilot?
You pay only for the pilot. The report, the measurements and the configured module stay with you.
What does support include?
Monitoring, model and connector updates, user support and a bundle of hours for improvements. Scope and SLA are fixed in the contract.
