How much does it cost?
The consultation is free. The assessment costs $790 and is credited towards the pilot. Pilot from $4,900, integration from $9,900, support from $490 per month. We quote an exact price after the assessment.
How long until the first result?
The assessment takes 1-2 weeks, the pilot 3-6 weeks. The first working module on real data usually appears four to six weeks after the start.
Do we need to have 1C?
No. We work with 1C, ERP, CRM, databases, Excel and Google Sheets. If your records live in spreadsheets, we start there.
Do we have to change our systems?
No. The core runs on top of existing systems and needs no data migration. If you switch it off, your books keep working as before.
Where is the data stored?
Your choice: in the cloud, on your servers or air-gapped with no internet access. Your data is never used to train third-party models.
Which languages does the bot speak?
Russian, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and English. It understands mixed speech, when both languages appear in one sentence.
What if the pilot does not deliver?
The metric is fixed before the start. If it is not met, you are not obliged to continue. The report and measurements stay with you, and you know why it did not work.
Can an agent send an email or change data in 1C on its own?
Only if you allow it. By default, significant actions wait for human approval, and every action is logged.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose by task and security requirements: cloud models from OpenAI and Anthropic or local Llama and Qwen. The model can be swapped without rebuilding the solution.
Who is needed on our side?
A process owner, a few key users and an IT specialist for system access. During the assessment that is a few hours a week.
What happens to answer quality over time?
Under support we monitor quality, analyse errors and refine the configuration on your data. You get a report every month.
Do you work outside Tashkent?
Yes. We work with companies across Uzbekistan. The assessment can be done remotely, and key meetings take place on site.
