Approach

Four stages. A decision after each.

We do not sell a big project up front. Each stage is short, ends with a measurable result and a decision on whether to continue.

011-2 weeks

Assessment

We study processes, systems and data quality, and calculate where AI pays off and where it does not.

What is included

  • Interviews with managers and staff
  • Source audit: 1C, CRM, spreadsheets, documents
  • Data quality and availability review
  • Impact and timeline estimate for each task

Acceptance criteria

  • Report agreed with the client
  • Pilot process and success metric selected

Approach

How we work

  • 01

    Numbers first

Before the pilot we fix the metric and its baseline. Without that, nobody can say honestly whether there was an effect.

  • 02

    Your systems stay

We do not replace 1C or the CRM. The core runs on top and can be switched off without affecting your books.

  • 03

    People approve

Agents prepare, people decide. Significant actions run only after approval.
